The next Europort in Rotterdam will take place from 04.11.2025 to 07.11.2025, and although that is still some time away, don't forget that time passes faster than you think. It makes sense to reserve your exhibition stand space early and think about the design of your exhibition stand. Your exhibition presence is the face of your company at Europort and should therefore be professional, attractive and well thought out.

Your trade fair booth

Europort takes place every 2 years and if you do not participate in other trade fairs, you will generally rarely need a trade fair stand. If you buy a stand, you will have to provide storage space during this time and plan for the corresponding storage costs. With a rented trade fair stand, you can usually save costs. In addition, at each event you have the freedom to adapt your trade fair stand to the respective circumstances, your current budget and the focus of your trade fair presentation.
